Peer Review Process

Submitted papers are evaluated by anonymous referees by double blind peer review for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. Editor in Chief will assign the manuscript to a corresponding Section Editor for further handling. The Section Editor will request at least 3 related scientists to review the manuscript. Based on the comments from the Reviewers, Section Editor and Editor in Chief will make the decision on the manuscript

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Publication Ethics

Code of Conduct For Editor Obliged to create writing guides for authors and their templates. Ensure the reviewing process of writing / articles is implemented thoroughly, transparently, and objectively. Ensure the eligibility of selected partners in accordance with their competence and have no conflict of interest. Ensure that all published papers / articles are reviewed through a qualified partner. Writings / articles that have been approved by the editorial board for publication will go through the author approval process before being published on line. Code of Conduct For Reviewer Reviewer has the task of assisting editors in determining writings that can be published and help authors to improve the quality of his / her articles. Reviewer is demanded to be honest, objective, unbiased, independent, and only in favor of scientific truth and secret without being noticed by the author. The results of the review of the written / articles are presented honestly, objectively and supported by clear arguments. Reviewer shall not use of written papers for personal purposes should not be disseminated. The review follows the format provided by the Journal Editor and completes the neutrality statement in the review process. Code of Conduct For Authors Fill out the declaration that the written / article submitted for publication is original, has not been published anywhere in any language, and is not in the process of submitting to other publishers and is not involved in plagiarism or self-plagiarism, and salami publications are strictly prohibited If there is an error in the paper, the author immediately notify the editor or publisher. Collectively responsible for the work and the content of articles covering methods, analysis, calculations and details. If requested, the authors shall prepare any evidence based on scientific study if there is any matter that needs to be proven and relates to the data and references.
